The way it started

Adnow story started in 2014, when a bunch of digital geeks passionate about the digital marketing, RTB and Big Data decided to make a new hybrid native ad format. This format was designed to serve ads and make the discovery of new and interesting content very easy and user-friendly. Also this format allows to use media banners and native ads in the same campaign, which is very useful for clients and agencies running brand promotion campaigns. The “serve interesting ads and content” idea is pretty much obvious, but the technical solution is complicated. It took Adnow team over 1 year to develop the first platform prototype. The effectiveness of it's algorithms was pretty impressive from the very first steps. It became possible because our co-founders have been working with RTB, Big Data, media buying, pay per click campaigns and mobile advertising for the last 10-14 years. A combination of passion and experience made possible to improve this platform and just in 2 years make it the sharpest native ads tool.

In December 2015 Adnow started working with webmasters, and publishers' platform was opened for everyone. Since that time, through getting more feedback from clients and our partners, the algorithms and mathematical model were changed over 12 times improving the selective mechanics.

2 years past and in 2016 Adnow is proud to be a platform for over 150 000 partners, serving over 4 billion impressions each month throughout 107 countries. We are really happy with these results, but there is a long way ahead to perfection and we know it. We are working hard every day on improving our products and algorithms to provide highest incomes for both sides – advertisers and publishers. Yes, we became big, we are international, but also we are still hungry and ready to work hard. And that’s why we can offer our partners and clients more than any other network!

Vladimir Bashkin

Business Development Director

Vladimir leads Adnow’s worldwide operations driving the product development, sales and business development. He has an experience in building technology companies. Prior to joining Adnow, Vladimir held senior executive positions at High Technology Ad networks. Vladimir has two university degrees in "Computerised systems of information processing and management" and "Internet Industry Management".

Daria Baranova

Affiliate Director

Over 7 years of digital marketing experience in different fields. Was in charge of digital strategy for Sweden embassy and Global Blue Representative. Daria joined the Adnow team in 2015 as a Business Development Director and made a huge impact on the business acceleration in Europe. Daria got a Specialist degree in International relationship and E-business enterprise management, Master's degree in Quality Management.

Helen Keat

Head of Sales

Helen started her career as a PPC manager in 2008. Then her passion and charisma lead her into sales where she became a best dealmaker. Since 2014 Helen is in charge of Sales in Adnow, helping the company get the market share faster than ever before. Has an advertising and marketing master's degree. Fond of snowboarding.

Aslan Karabulut

Europe - Regional Director

A former enterprise business development manager. Aslan joined Adnow in 2014. His experience in business development withiin Europe helped Adnow to get strong positions in over 15 countries in half a year. Aslan has a master's degree in surgery. Enjoys painting in free time.

Anzor Khalimov

Business Development Manager

Anzor has a 11 years of experience in developing IT solutions for advertising services, including RTB, Big Data and artificial intelligence. Joined the Adnow team in 2011 and in 2014 became a business development manager. Has a master's degree in informatics. Volunteer, loves dogs.
